Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Snaklor (by Inddusa), every product is made in small batches using real, preservative-free ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours before dispatch.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

This is because our products are freshly prepared and not mass-produced.

Returns & Refunds (Quality Concerns Only)

We do not accept general returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, in case of a genuine quality concern, we are happy to help.

You may request a refund or replacement if: There is a clear quality issue.

Conditions:

• Concern must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video or clear images are required
• Product should not be largely consumed

Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.

Important for Chocolate & Chilled Products

Some of our products (like chocolate-based items) are made using real, minimally processed chocolate.

These products:

• May soften naturally in warm temperatures
• Are best enjoyed chilled

This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for refund. We recommend refrigeration after delivery for best experience.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address
• Unavailability of recipient
• Incorrect contact details

Re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Order Cancellation by Snaklor

In rare or unforeseen situations (ingredient unavailability, operational constraints, etc.), Snaklor reserves the right to cancel an order.

In such cases:

• Full refund will be processed
• Within 48 hours
• Customer will be informed in advance

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
