Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Delivered through local delivery partners

PAN India Shipping

  • Shipped via trusted courier partners
  • Delivery timeline: 3–6 working days after dispatch

Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier operations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure:

Snaklor is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

Tracking & Updates

Temperature-Sensitive Products (Important)

Some products (like chocolate-based items) are made with real, minimally processed chocolate.

These products:

  • May soften naturally during transit in warm weather

This is a natural characteristic, not a defect. We recommend: Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes after delivery for best texture.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the provided address. If unavailable, re-attempts may be made.

In case of repeated failed attempts:
