Almond Mini Cookies
Soft Centre. Light Crisp Edges. Little Pockets of Indulgence.
Small, soft, and made for that just-baked kind of bite.
These almond mini cookies are built around a delicate millet-and-almond dough with a soft centre and lightly crisp edges.
Almond flour brings natural richness, while foxtail millet and tapioca create a tender, delicate structure. Peanut butter adds depth and helps keep the centre soft, while coconut sugar and palm jaggery bring a rounded, caramel-like sweetness.
Choose between two finishes.
Dark Chocolate & Roasted Almond brings deep chocolate pockets and little bursts of roasted almond throughout the soft cookie.
Berry & Roasted Almond pairs naturally tart dried cranberry with roasted almond for a brighter, fruit-forward bite.
Baked just until the edges begin to set, the centre stays soft rather than turning dry or cakey.
Small enough to pop in one bite. Good enough to slow down for.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Best consumed within 4–5 days at room temperature for the intended soft texture.
For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 7 days in a tightly sealed container.
If refrigerated, allow the cookies to return toward room temperature before eating for a softer texture.
Best enjoyed fresh.
Almond Flour
Provides plant-based protein, unsaturated fats and vitamin E. We use almond flour to add nutritional variety and a naturally nutty depth to our crisp.
Foxtail Millet
A naturally occurring source of complex carbohydrates, dietary fibre and minerals. Foxtail millet gives our crisps a distinctive grain-based foundation, offering an alternative to conventional refined-flour recipes.
Peanut Butter
Adds a small amount of plant-based protein, unsaturated fats and structure. Used thoughtfully, it helps bind the recipe without making the crisp feel heavy.
Coconut Sugar & Palm Jaggery
Used instead of refined sugar for a more gradual energy release and a deeper, less aggressive sweetness.
Flaxseed
Ground flaxseed provides dietary fibre and plant-based omega-3 fatty acid (ALA). It also helps bind the dough naturally, creating a soft, tender cookie texture.
Rice Bran Oil
Provides unsaturated fats, including monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. We use it for its neutral flavour and to achieve the delicate texture our crisps are designed for.
